Portable Density Meter: DMA 35 Basic

The DMA 35 Basic is an entry-level portable density meter that takes samples directly from the beaker with the aid of its built-in pump and measures in situ. Results are given in terms of density or concentration, such as °Brix, %v/v alcohol or %w/w H2SO4

Density Meter: DMA 4200 M

The new DMA 4200 M is a density meter suitable for use in extreme conditions. It can measure density between -10 °C and 200 °C and at high pressures up to 500 bar. Heavy Duty Series

The refractometers of the Heavy Duty series are designed to measure the refractive index for harsh environments and special applications. They have a hermetically sealed aluminum body to withstand harsh conditions.

Abbemat 450/650 refractometers are very robust and waterproof (IP68). To measure samples containing solid particles or air bubbles, you can place the Heavy Duty Abbemat refractometer on its side surface to prevent sedimentation and affect results. A separate control unit provides convenient use from a remote location.

Brix Refractometers

Abbemat Juice Station (Abbemat Fruit Juice Station)

Reliable Brix measurement even in beverages containing fruit pulp or other particles. Vertical placement of the Abbemat Juice Station refractometer prevents particle sedimentation, such as pulp in juice, on the measuring prism. The funnel attached to the device allows fast and serial analysis in processes such as quality control. Then the filled sample pushes cleans the previous sample, so you don't need to clean the measuring prism between two samples. The built-in temperature control ensures the correct measuring temperature. The measured data can be saved and printed.

Multi-Wavelength Refractometers- Abbemat MW

The Abbemat MW digital refractometer enables fast and fully automatic refractive index measurement at different measuring wavelengths, for example dispersion and Abbe number determination. For these measurements, the Abbemat MW can be equipped with 8 different wavelengths in the range of 435 nm and 656 nm. This feature makes the Abbemat MW digital refractometer a versatile instrument for investigating liquids, polymer bonds and glasses.

Abbemat Performance Digital Refractometers

Abbemat digital refractometers enable fast and non-destructive refractive index and concentration measurements. All devices of the Performance and Performance Plus series are fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11, with user levels, audit trail and tamper-proof data transfer. The Abbemat T-Check feature precisely calibrates the measuring prisms of all Anton Paar refractometers and adjusts the surface temperature.

The refractometers are factory calibrated to the official standards of Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB, Germany's National Metrology Institute).
