Microarray

We offer human, animal and plant genotyping with illumina's high-density custom and consortium microarray chips. We provide high data output with affordable cost in all areas from agrigenomics-based studies to clinical GWAS-based studies.

Metilasyon Analysis

With illumina MethylationEPIC microarray chips and next-generation sequencing approaches, we provide high-resolution analysis of the methylation profile of known CpG, CHH, and CHG regions throughout the genome, and regions defined by ENCODE, FANTOM5, and the Epigenomics RoadMap Consortium.

RNA Sequencing

We extract expression profiles for eukaryotic and prokaryotic organisms by whole transcriptome, mRNA and small RNA sequencing. All analysis results, detailed bioinformatic analyzes and genes and pathways that show significant differences between groups are shared in a visually rich and scientific report.

Tumor Profiling & Somatic Variant Analysis

With next generation sequencing and ddPCR approaches, we perform high resolution somatic variant, fusion and expression profiling in solid / liquid biopsy samples and detailed annotation and reporting of results.

Targeted Sequencing

We conclude with high reliability, next-generation sequencing of specific region-specific variants with tailor-made or ready-to-use kits.

16S rRNA and Shotgun-Based Metagenomics

We offer high resolution microbial profiling and whole genome sequencing services from environmental samples. In metagenomic analyses, we can detect 0.1% of eukaryotic, archaeal, prokaryotic or viral taxa with high reliability and sensitivity.

Whole Genome, Whole Exome and Clinical Exome Sequencing

We offer re-sequencing and de novo sequencing services for eukaryotic, archaeal, prokaryotic and viral (DNA/RNA) species. In human applications, these approaches enable the reliable and efficient detection and interpretation of rare genetic variants.
