One Step PrimeScript™ RT-PCR Kit

One Step PrimeScript RT-PCR is a single-stage RT-PCR kit that works with probe capture.

All RT-PCR steps can be performed in a single tube. No need to add reagents during the reaction, minimizing the risk of contamination and simplifying the workflow. The kit can be used to detect small amounts of RNA.

One Step PrimeScript III RT-PCR Kit

One Step PrimeScript RT-PCR III RT-qPCR Mix is a 2X RT-qPCR master mix working with a single step probe capture method (5' nuclease method). It contains the heat and inhibitor resistant PrimeScript III RTase reverse transcriptase enzyme, the hot start PCR enzyme Takara Taq HS and an optimized reaction buffer solution.

Thanks to its fast and simple protocol, it allows reverse transcription and qPCR reactions to be performed in the same tube, reducing the risk of contamination.

Illumina COVIDSeq Test (RUO)

The amplicon-based Illumina COVIDSeq next-generation sequencing panel includes 2019-nCoV primers designed to detect RNA of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in nasopharyngeal, oropharyngeal, and middle turbinate nasal swab samples from individuals with symptoms compatible with COVID-19.COVIDSeq Assay uses a modified version of the validated and publicly available ARTIC multiplex PCR protocol with 98 amplicons designed to amplify SARS-CoV-2 virus-specific sequences. Each sample contains an internal control of 11 human mRNA targets.

Accuracy: 98 sites are targeted in SARS-CoV-2 for high accuracy detection.

Yield: 3072 samples result in 12 hours on the NovaSeq 6000 system. It gives 384 sample results in 12 hours on NextSeq500 / 550 / 550Dx on systems with RUO mode.

Quality Control: Each reaction has an internal control of 11 human mRNA targets.

Flexibility: Can be run on NovaSeq 6000 S4 and SP flow cells and NextSeq 500/550 / 550Dx RUO mode HO flow cell.

        The Paragon CleanPlex SARS-CoV-2 kit is a next-generation sequencing panel designed for SARS-CoV-2 virus research and surveillance studies. Using the Multiplex PCR method, the entire genome of the SARS-CoV-2 virus can be sequenced with this kit. With Paragon Genomics CleanPlex technology, the library preparation phase from RNA is completed in 5.5 hours.
